Venue & delegate general information

Registration

On Sunday 3 July, registration will be at the Judge Business School from 17.30 – 19.30 hrs, where the evening reception will also be held.

From Monday morning, the registration desk will be located in the foyer of the West Road Concert Hall and will be open at the following times:

Monday 4 July - 08.00-18.00 hrs
Tuesday 5 July - 08.00-18.00 hrs

The programme on Monday 4 July will commence at 09.00 hrs and close at approximately 18.00 hrs, followed by the gala conference evening at 19.00 hrs.
The sessions on Tuesday 5 July will start at 08.45 hrs and finish at 17.00 hrs.

Conference Venue

All conference sessions will be held in faculty buildings on the Sidgwick site of the University of Cambridge.

Plenary sessions will be held in the West Road Concert Hall, with parallel sessions taking place in lecture theatres in the faculty buildings of Divinity, English, Law and the West Road Concert Hall.

A detailed location map will be provided in the delegate pack and the location of each session will be printed in the final programme.

Delegate Material

On arrival you will receive your name badge, the final programme, book of abstracts and electronic conference proceedings.

Gala Evening at King's College

The event takes place from 19.00 on Monday 4 July. A full programme of this event will be provided in your delegate pack. Dress code is jacket and tie.

Accommodation

If you have booked accommodation through the EurOMA event organisers, you will receive confirmation via email.

All enquiries prior to the event should be made to the event organisers

Any extra charges incurred will be payable by you on your departure (ie. newspapers, telephone calls etc)

Internet Access

Complimentary wireless internet access is available in the West Road Concert Hall. Log-in information will be available from the registration desk.
